About Designer

Founded by Palak Shah, Exhale is a casual wear brand that makes fashionable, easy to wear and super comfortable clothes with the aim to empower the mind, body and soul and encourage people to share their stories and start a conversation around mental health. Designed by Palak herself, each piece is named after the woman who inspired it. What we also love is that a certain percentage of the proceeds go to organisations working toward mental health. 

About the Label

At EXHALE Label, we want to inspire the world with our positive affirmations one story at a time. We create products based on real people, real emotion and real stories and name the product after what we call our ‘Exhale Warriors’!

The collection includes different kinds of shirts, t-shirts, tank tops, hoodies, sweatshirts and sweatpants made of cotton available in basic, minimal designs but, at the same time, making a statement in bold about body shaming and mental illness. Designer herself loves particularly loved The Zoya hoodies, The Annushka asymmetrical shirts as well as The Shilpa long shirts in blue. Find quotes and phrases like ‘My Body Not Yours’, ‘Labels Are For Clothes’, ‘Got My Own Back’, ‘Self Love’ and ‘Brown And Beautiful’ printed on them.
